FOREIGN workers are pricing out British builders by working for as little as £2-an-hour, the Daily Express can reveal today.
Absolute tosh!
It's not the worker[s] it's the snide business owners taking advantage of the vulnerable!

Desperate migrants – often in the country illegally – are asking just £25 for a 12-hour shift, undercutting British tradesmen who are struggling to find work.
Fuckin' Daily Express *rollseyes* British workers alike often must accept below minimum wage just to make ends meet.

The Benefits system is a total disgrace, mismanaged and allows zero flexibility notwithstanding the long term [by design] unemployed who know exactly how to play the system.

In desperation if you work 15.99 hrs a week the only benefit you receive is £5 .. would anyone work for 15.99hrs for £5? Christ that doesn't even cover bus fares and lunch!

Work contract via agencies say for 5 days (casual work not by choice) and the worker is penalised in the order of ~£16 in the next Giro plus all the fuckin' hassle of re-applying for each and every benefit.

It's no fuckin' wonder the poor that truly wish to work have little choice but to accept slave wages 'under the table' just to pay the bills.

Businesses should be HEAVILY penalised for their disgraceful actions [but they are not] and the workers should be left well alone.

Akin to Drugs where the USER should be offered assistance and the top tier DEALERS should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law. Actually USE should be completely decriminalised and sale for profit should be enforced with extreme prejudice .. I digress
