When you say you have only just woken up, do you mean that you have just woken up after a lie down, or you have just woken up to the fact that the Israeli Govenment murders men woman and children on a massive scale?

Hope this helps going out now, maybe others here could finish.

I would like to say I'm happy to be awake... however this process has completely changed my life course. I am back to square one deciding who, what, where, and how to do what I feel needs done. It is all very confusing and suffocating at times. I remember thinking early on, after I became aware, "oh shit... can I ever go back?" I know now the answer is a definite NO! Thankfully, I can find others, like those in this forum, who help me a through this very tangled world. Someday I hope to help unravel this ball of twine. It's too late for the blue pill brother.
