Like To Cook?
We tried a great and pretty easy to make recipe tonight.
Chicken Chardonnay
We made some adjustsments for our oven. We cooked the chicken 425 degrees for 30 minutes instead of the directions. We know our stove. I found you can stretch out a sauce, so I would start at about the same time you put the chicken in the oven. I could not find breast with skin so I just put the mixture on the chicken and drizzled with olive oil per the directions.
The Chardonnay remaining is yours to drink along with that other bottle you got. Cheers!
Oh! We could not find chervil and used chives instead. The sauce is really good and we just poured it over the top. Yummy!
And! We found no goat cheese so we used feta.

More Cooking
Tonight it's beans and ham with cornbread. Talk about classic meals. I could live on the stuff.
As a kid I swore I would never eat beans when I grew up, not that I didn't like them, just being poor we ate them so often.
I still love them; pinto, navy, lintels, black beans, but not lima beans. Did I mention they are dirt cheap?
Breakfast tomorrow another classic; biscuits and gravy. I can't wait. I should have got some Bailey's for our coffee. Ever try that?

Cornbread is not even from this planet
And neither are the sheep.
Look, how many Chromosome pairs does your corn in the Cornbread have?
So,
Why?

Hey, don't take my word for the fact your entire education is seriously flawed.
Do some research bro!
And yes, I like beans too.
And guess what,
And the answer is Yes, even Beans & Bananas are not from here.
But don't worry, neither is most of you too!
Just warming up the conversation.

Tonight's Dish
We do eat things besides chicken. But tonight:
Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu
And it is easy. We served broccoli as the side, just like the picture.
Almost forgot! We cooked for 45 minutes because we used a smaller casserole dish. Spread out it may have cooked faster.

I elected not to follow up on that post. I'm curious to see if you get an answer. The clam chowder was good by the way; maybe cut back just a little on the celery in our opinions. And being a bacon lover I would do a little extra next time.
