Russia says NATO provoked Georgia conflict

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said on Friday that Moscow would not be pushed by the West back into Soviet-style authoritarian rule and he blamed NATO for provoking last month's conflict in Georgia.
