This is why I don't believe in marches. They do nothing for our image, and there's always a) a load of divs join in for the chance of a beef and b) a div reporting it who hasn't got a clue so makes them look stupid to make themselves look credible.

Actually, I've just watched it again and couldn't help but noticing that across the bottom for the first bit there were news bulletins about the fighting in Iraq. Apart from anything else, there's no wonder we're fighting in the bloody streets having to subconsciously read that all day.

But were they trying to insinuate that these people were thugs and mindless rioters? By either us subconsciously taking in some of the 'watchwords' from those bulletins, or maybe by the woman at the end stating that their entire purpose was to incite a mindless riot! (which 'stop the torture, stop the war' obviously implies of course)

But I thought it was a doozie that, whilst they were desperately attempting to demonise these people, a bloke dressed like the nerd you always wanted to kick in at big school waded right into the middle of a crowd with an emotional purpose (a crowd that'll get into serious trouble when the back catches up with the front, and who are all totally bushwacked and just wanna keep going) and was really quite blatantly condescending and rude, then he threw his hands in the air underneath a large red banner (the timing and camera angles were spot on dontchya think?) and shouted 'do you not have an actual message?'. As far as I could see, he was the instigator, perpetrator and victim in that scene - and I even believe he may have done his own choreography!

Oh, and the cameraman wobbling the camera about a bit helped!

I thought they behaved quite calmly considering the provocation in their path. I've have headbutted the tit! hehehe

That woman though! OMG! How fake?! Is she real? She's not cgi?? I'm sorry but I don't watch much American News and she's shocked me. How are you meant to understand serious stuff, let alone find it credible, when it's coming from a woman who can't even move her own facial muscles ffs! Yet she's telling us exactly how we have to view and remember that situation. And it blatantly isn't true!

I don't blame her, I doubt she even understands what it is she's reporting, let alone agrees with it, or for that matter gives a shit. She's just raking in the Botox money and turning a blind eye (but not winking it, she can't do that - sleeps with plasters on her eyes to keep the light out and everything). <Meow!!>

She's 'blissfully' unaware of what she's a part of. The money hassssssssth tempted her!!

Forgive her, for she knows not (and neither do we, we're all educated the same) that choosing money over truth means that this time next week we could all be in serious trouble when they've switched on the Hadron Collider.

How many votes do you think 'let's f*ck about with the space/time continuum (too much BTTF huh?) and try to re-create the big bang, right here on our planet' would have gotten, were the man-power and resources of this planet within control of the planet as a whole, and not a microscopic-in-comparison group of cold-blooded what-have-yous with no regard for human life but their own!?

Recently I was criticized by someone I used to know when I was a member of the earlier forum here for being a doom-monger.

I'm sorry that he saw it that way, and I'm sorry if you see it that way too. But this has been sugar-coated for generations and their removal of our freedoms and blatant misuse of our resources has been allowed to fester and grow as a result. We can't stop the Hadron Collider being fired up next week, but if we decide to Converge (blatant plug! letssaveus.ning.com) and stand together to get this world put right, we can get it shut down P.D.Q. and make sure that no more of our earthly resources are squandered on billion dollar crap like that, that we don't want or need, when we are dying in our thousands daily.
