Default Hydrogen power: splitting Oxygen and Hydrogen under the bonnet

It is perfectly possible to fit an electrolysis unit to most cars, splitting hydrogen and oxygen for combustion within the engine. The added benefit to splitting these elements at point of use (under the bonnet) means no volatile gases require storage.
