I find it an insult to my intelligence to hear this idiot telling us how much more stable the ME is since our meddling. Who is he trying to kid? Even just reading mainstream news you can see this is preposterous. If you actually start digging about it gets even more surreal.

I still see the picture of Rumsfeld shaking hands with Saddam around the time he was gassing Kurds with chemicals he bought from the US, but that was back when he was an 'ally' (i.e. let us have cheap oil and did pretty much as he was told). Then one of the justifications for attacking the sovereign state of Iraq (along with falsified reports and ridiculous Powerpoint presentations) was that he even gassed his own people.

It was an illegal act of war and all of those pricks should be held accountable. Then they should answer charges for committing and aiding torture!
