Bill, My family and the family who lives in my rental house are targets of the CIA. They are using ELF weapons on us, and they have let us know. We are stalked and harassed by the gang they have moved into town. We are under satellite surveillance, and our phones are tapped, our computers hacked. This is our country, how can this be happening? WE CANNOT GET HELP FROM ANYONE!!! THE POLICE AND CITY VEHICLES HAVE STALKED US. The "handler" has told us that he will take our children. It's a crime that is difficult to prove, it's phycological terrorism, and the ELF radiation and surveillance is also hard to prove. We only have our word that this is happening, along with the small amount of evidence that we have given to the police, like cars with plates that don't match the registrations (5 of these), Internet threats that do not have our names on them, etc… We are scared for our lives and there is nowhere to turn. Our country is now like Nazi Gemany and we being persecuted.

It is going on in the usa too, israel runs America, and they are remorseless scum when it comes to their pennies…the assassinations here occur with a few techno-twists to justify them as directed energy weapons experimentation, non-lethal to a point, but when used with biotech or other aspects of the radiant arsenal, these horrific and diabolical weapons systems ARE lethal in many cases.
