I am lucky to have a Holiday home in Thailand I am semi retired, I spend a few months of the year in my UK home. I refuse to buy a tv licence, I only ever watch downloaded internet tv or streamed movie channels that I pay for. It makes me very angry that when I was overseas I could not access any Uk tv channels off the internet even though I used to pay for my TV licence. It recognises that I am located overseas because of my computers IP address. If I am not allowed to access the UK channels whilst abroad even when I had a licence, why should I renew my TV licence for the BBC, (British Broadcasting Criminals). However I am allowed to watch BBC World News in Thialand for free in most public bars and places! why is that allowed when they have no TV licence???????. Abolish this blatant discrimination of free choice. Until the BBC can give me assurance that the TV I have paid for when a licence is purchased is also available over the internet I will never buy another licence.Best regards to everyone that supports our stand against the licence fee.
