Saying that its further down the line that i have concerns about , the article mentioned the fact that this would be targeted at criminals , but we already know that in the U.K. that PEACE CAMPAIGNERS and other PEACEFULL ACTIVISTS can be arrested under the ANTI-TERROISM LAWS so will this new legislation apply to those people too . I am not saying that it will but the oppertunity for governments to use this application that way is there , so will they be able to restrict themselves too REAL CRIME or will they turn their attention to anyone that simply just want too stand up for others HUMAN RIGHTS .
