With the EU's Corpus Juris waiting in the wings and their determination like Blair to get everyone's DNA, you can be sure that any dissidents will be rounded up and accused of some crime and they will say that your DNA was found at the scene. Under Corpus Juris, you will have to prove your innocence and not they your guilt. Thus at a stroke the oppress the people! Know your enemy!
