.
with honor to Proud BUFF Crewdog:

Thanks I saw your comment as first of all here .

I know that small (even chinese!) micro-chips CANNOT be coordinated without; a) a common motherboard interconnecting all its peripheric devices; b) an enbbeded software to command them all; and c) a common ground of COMPLETE knowledge of all software systems involved within any targeted device to be controlled, let alone complete systems of independent procedures of safety.

Therefore, after reading such a piece of non-sense science-fiction, I was startled with this theoretical possibility, and ...

thank you, Proud BUFF Crewdog.

ya William Thomas, go eat ya own BS !

William Thomas--don't give up your day job because you suck at reportage!
I served in B-52's for 25 years (Vietnam, Iraq, Cold War Nuclear Alert (we won that one, remember?))

No single person (you say, "the command pilot") can arm or launch (there is no such thing as a "Fail-Safe switch", and the Pilot does not launch any weapon--the Radar Navigator does, you amateur!) any special weapon from a B-52. Period. You even allude to this fact later in your "story"...
Your "story" is just such BS. No wonder people are so ill-informed with self-serving fear mongers like you slinging such crap! (Hurricanes affect special weapons--no way, moron. They have weapons bunkers at Barksdale (I served 6 yrs there) which could withstand any hurricanes.
Poorly researched article. PS-- I have no vested interest in any of this crap, just wanted to set the record straight.

I am Prof RAO wish to take up these findings and print in my book On Safety in Chemical Plants. It is likely the book would be published for students in few months' time. Thanking you

I dont believe it. The references to HAARP dont look genuine. It is a documented radio research project, not one that deflects weather nor causes earthquakes. You can verify this on their site at http://www.haarp.alaska.edu/

This calls the rest of the document in to question. Too many conclusions are drawn from nothing, and too many web site references are included that do not include a link to the exact reference.

Also if China had this technology (and maybe they do) would they ever 'send a message' to the USA about it and type things on hacked screens? What a waste that would be! Information warfare is far more underground than that.

Just my 2c. make up your own minds.
