No single person (you say, "the command pilot") can arm or launch (there is no such thing as a "Fail-Safe switch", and the Pilot does not launch any weapon–the Radar Navigator does, you amateur!) any special weapon from a B-52. Period. You even allude to this fact later in your "story"…

This calls the rest of the document in to question. Too many conclusions are drawn from nothing, and too many web site references are included that do not include a link to the exact reference.

Also if China had this technology (and maybe they do) would they ever 'send a message' to the USA about it and type things on hacked screens? What a waste that would be! Information warfare is far more underground than that.
