George W. Bush’s sentence-by-sentence speaking skills are deteriorating. Apparently, this may be due to a mental illness called “presenile dementia.” Bush may or may not be secretly still drinking heavily. Bush lied, and thousands of people died. Bush suffers from narcissism and megalomania. Moreover, Bush has been arrested three times. Bush was arrested for disorderly conduct. Bush was arrested for stealing. Bush was also arrested for a serious crime—driving under the influence of alcohol. There are reasons to believe that Bush suffers from a learning disability. Bush’s learning disability would explain a lot of things. All in all, Bush is a severely mentally ill individual. Bush is not fit to be the president of the United States.

Bush should be locked up.

Cindi are you on drugs?

If there was no Saddam Hussein there would have been no invasion of Iraq. Do you remember that he was violating the UN mandates? Do you remember that France and Russia among others were violating the mandates by taking advantage of the Food for Oil program and putting a lot of money in their own pockets? All while the Iraqi people suffered.

There are real human rights abuses and war crimes occuring regularly. Look at the Russians invading Georgia. Look at Mugabe in Africa. Hell, look at the Chinese in Tibet. Bush honored the UN mandates and freed the Iraqi people. Did he royally screw up, hell yes, I will give you that. But lets focus on the real criminals, Osama Bin Laden, China, Zimbabwe, Russia, and many many others which have a much higher priority.

Unless of course you are being tortured at home, in that case turn that person in to the authorities or stop the S&M sessions.

Rather than using the standard criminal justice approach, I would suggest Congress establish a Truth and Reconciliation Commission with subpoena powers.

An example, of a TRC is found in events in South Africa. The Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) was a court-like body assembled in South Africa after the end of Apartheid. Anybody who felt he or she had been a victim of violence could come forward and be heard at the TRC. Perpetrators of violence could also give testimony and request amnesty from prosecution.

Briefly, those participants’ who might otherwise face criminal prosecution for wrongdoing could come forth voluntarily to seek amnesty/immunity from prosecution by giving true testimony of their wrong doing. Others who would choose not to testify would still face prosecution in a criminal court with the use of the evidence uncovered by the testimony before the Commission.

Although, amnesty/immunity may not serve to render justice in some cases; it would provide a factual record of the wrongdoing. A final report of the TRC findings reports would provide proof against historical revisionism and other crimes and human rights abuses.

Within the very first few minutes of his presidency, Barack should re-enter the United States as a member of the International Criminal Court - which Bush had removed us from. Then the WORLD can use the overwhelming amount of evidence to prosecute the entire mob for war crimes; there will be no bickering about partisanship or "having more pressing business", & all of the judicial & legislative corruption Bush has enacted domestically will be overridden by international laws & treaties.

The Bush Administration is guilty of war crimes, beyond any & all reasonable doubt. If America doesn't have the courage to try them for their treason & treachery, then let the Hague provide the justice the world so desperately needs - & deserves.
