Brian Haw needs to see the bigger picture in his ill fated attempt at changing SOCPA. Haw will be arrested when ever he sees fit to violate the law and thumb his nose at societal conventions and rightly so. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Does SOCPA give them the right to disappear people? Or maybe the author is just worried about leadfilled rubber hoses and strategically placed car battery powered crocodile clips.
